Another Ram Lamb for Sale

This is Mapleton S'More (Mapleton Cooper x Minwawe Marshemello). He is offered for sale for $350. He is almost a big white spot with yuglet markings. Genetically he is grey, but I am thinking he may also be katmoget - so patterned and spotted! I believe he carries moorit as both his parents have thrown brown based sheep, and his dad was a fawn katmoget. I love this guy, but I am keeping his twin sister. For a Cooper replacement I am keeping Olympia's boy, his half brother, but his ram lamb is just as solid and correct and may even have better fleece. His fleece is very uniform. I love his tail:
His horns look very promising:

S'More is sold!

About Me

My photo
Kara
Having owned and ridden Morgan Horses most of my life, I decided to bring the "small" animals here in 2006. Being a knitter and interested in fiber arts, I decided to learn to spin and began putting together a small flock of fiber animals. I started with 3 sheep: 1 Shetland, 1 Cheviot, and one Corriedale cross, 2 Angora goats, and 1 Cashmere goat. The Shetland soon stole my heart, and I decided to start a breeding program. So I bought some more and in 2008 I had my first lamb crop! I added more summer 2008 and 2009 and am excited to continue to breed quality, healthy animals. My focus is on fleece, disposition, and conformation. Who knew a horse person could turn shepherd so readily? As others have said, it is addicting!
